Qualification: Diploma in Mines Survey / Mining Engineering from an AICTE recognized institute with Survey Certificate of Competency in Mining Survey from DGMS.

Age limit as on 31st May 2016: Not below 18 years and above 32 years. Relaxation of upper age limit up to maximum 5 years can be considered by the Chairman in case of candidates having required qualification and experience.

Note:


  • Upper age limit in case of SC/ST/SEBC/Women/PWD/Sports person/Ex-servicemen shall be relaxed as per norms of Govt. Similarly upper age limit in case of departmental candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria shall be relaxed up to maximum 10 years.
  • Interested candidates may attend the walk in interview as per the above schedule.
  • The candidates shall be required to handover detailed bio-data (in the format to be downloaded from OMC website) along with self attested copies of certificates and mark sheets from HSC onwards. They shall produce the original certificates before one hour of the interview for verification.
  • Actual journey fare in the shortest route by bus/train (2nd class) shall be reimbursed to SC/ST candidates subject to production of ticket & undertaking to the effect that they are not employed inn Govt. / Semi Govt. Organization / PSUs.
  • OMC reserves the right to cancel the interview without assigning any reason thereof.
